Dear Sir,
I wish to enquire whether the Gantt Diva can also produce cash outflows and inflows schedules for analysis of breakeven construction time periods ?
Thank you for your time – as it is, your Gantt Diva is indeed a very powerful programme …

You could use the ‘cash’ field to generate a chart showing your expenditure but there is no automatic way to show both inflow and outflow on the cash chart. It does sound like a good option for an update to this feature!
Another approach that you could take would be to use on of the other user defined fields for cash in and use Excel to create a chart that shows both in and outflows so that you can determine your break even point.
The project files are in excel format, with the worksheet protected so that you don’t accidentally make changes if looking at the file in Excel, but there is no password on the file, so you could unlock it and then make changes and a graph to chart your in an outflow..
I hope this helps.
